Overview
We’re currently looking for a part-time Security Guard to help keep the vibe fun and under control during our busiest hours, Friday and Saturday nights. You’ll be on the front lines of guest safety, helping enforce rules and de-escalate situations when necessary. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s confident, calm under pressure, and comfortable working with teens. This role requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that any potential threats are addressed promptly.
Duties
- Monitor guest activity and ensure everyone is following park rules
- Handle crowd control and de-escalate any disruptive or unsafe behavior
- Be a visible presence throughout the facility to deter misconduct
- Communicate with staff and General Manager regarding any issues or concerns
- Maintain a friendly but firm approach with guests of all ages
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or suspicious activities
Skills
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable
- Prior security or relevant experience preferred
- Comfortable working around youth and teens
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential security risks
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
