Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape design and installation projects from conception to completion
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of hardscaping, irrigation, drainage, lighting, and plant installation
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional results
• Manage project timelines, resources, and teams effectively
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape design, hardscaping installation, and related fields
• Strong sales background with the ability to identify opportunities and secure projects
• Knowledge of irrigation, drainage systems, lighting, and plant selection
• Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A passion for enhancing outdoor living spaces
