Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy to enhance Groundfloor's identity and engagement.
Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent messaging across email, social media, and other platforms.Craft engaging stories and campaigns that convey Groundfloor's value to both potential and current members.Growth & AcquisitionLead multi-channel marketing initiatives , including email, paid social, website, and partnerships to drive new memberships.
Identify and explore new growth opportunities , focusing on optimization for conversion and retention.Manage and monitor marketing budgets , ensuring effective spending and strong ROI.Community & Member EngagementDevelop and implement retention and loyalty programs to keep members engaged.
Oversee email & SMS marketing to keep members informed and enthusiastic about Groundfloor's offerings.Support local marketing initiatives for new locations , ensuring a robust brand presence in key markets.Performance & OptimizationAnalyze marketing metrics to gauge performance and identify areas for improvement.
Optimize marketing efforts through A / B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration .Responsible for reporting on key marketing KPIs , making data-driven decisions to enhance strategy.Who You Are
Experienced Marketer : 3-5 years in a marketing role, ideally within brand, growth, or community-driven businesses.Creative & Strategic : Capable of telling engaging brand stories while keeping an eye on data and performance.Multi-Channel Generalist : Comfortable working with email, paid social, content, and community marketing .Data-Driven : Passionate about tracking outcomes and making insights-driven decisions.Community-Oriented : Understands the nuances of what fosters connection and how to cultivate genuine engagement.Self-Starter : Flourishes in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and executing initiatives effectively.Nice to Have
Experience with membership-based or subscription models .Background in hospitality, lifestyle, or community-focused brands .Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo / Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or Attentive .
