Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and qualified Personal Trainers and Strength and Conditioning Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and sports performance, a strong understanding of human movement, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their health and performance goals.
As a Personal Trainer at Ground Force Strength and Conditioning Training Systems, you will work closely with a diverse clientele, including youth athletes, to deliver personalized training programs that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized training programs for clients based on their individual goals, fitness levels, and sport-specific needs.
- Conduct fitness assessments to establish baseline measurements and track progress through our assessment model.
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and form to ensure client safety and effectiveness.
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness and performance objectives.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals and specialists within the company to provide a comprehensive training experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, research, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through a recognized accrediting body (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM).
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 3 years Experience in youth athletic development, particularly in soccer, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of human movement, biomechanics, and sports performance principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CPR/AED certification.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- General Liability Insurance Required
