Lawn Maintenance Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with a strong focus on maintaining beautiful and healthy lawns. This role involves various outdoor tasks that contribute to the overall aesthetic and health of residential and commercial properties.

Duties

• Perform regular lawn care activities including spring and fall clean ups and mowing to ensure healthy grass growth.
• Carry out landscape maintenance tasks such as shrub pruning and concrete stick edging.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for various groundskeeping duties.
• Operate machinery for snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment used in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment effectively.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
• A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.34 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
