What are the responsibilities and job description for the Airboat Operator position at Ground Level Inc?
Position Description:
Ground Level, Inc.is currently seeking to employ full-time commercially licensed aquatic herbicide applicators.
- Traverse water bodies via airboat in search of nuisance/exotic vegetation
- Apply appropriate herbicides to targeted vegetation
- Maintain compliance with chemical labels and laws
- Maintain a professional image
- Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
- Dependability and reliability
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
Work Hours:
- Monday thru Friday
- Saturdays as needed
- 6:30am to 5:00pm
Required:
- Ability to pass drug test and background check
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Airboat operation experience
Preferred but not required:
- Off-road driving experience
- Experience operating an ATV
- Commercial herbicide applicators license – aquatic endorsement
