- Design and develop residential projects, including custom homes and renovations.
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to bring design visions to life.
- Ensure designs comply with zoning regulations and building codes.
- Select materials, finishes, and design elements that align with client needs.
- Utilize industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp for design work.
- 3 years of experience in residential design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
