Ground Up Construction Recruiting is partnered with Arrowhead Construction on their search for a Superintendent.
- $80k-$110k salary
- Quarterly bonuses based on self-performance

They’re a young and aggressive general contractor/developer based in Seward, NE that builds residential subdivisions and apartment complexes throughout Nebraska and Kansas. They have a 24 lot townhome project coming up in Scott City, KS and need to hire an additional Superintendent to manage it.
They’re a tight-knit team of 10 with small town values and are projected to do $17M in revenue this year. As a general contractor/developer, they currently build for themselves and other owners. The vision of the company is to only be building for themselves and move into a develop-build-operate structure where the projects they build will be held as investments.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage jobsites and ensure they are clean and organized
- Create and own project schedules and ensure they are being hit
- Manage safety by enforcing safety protocols
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure quality craftsmanship
- Supervise punch lists ensuring that projects get 100% complete
- Assist with the execution of project work when needed
- Work with project clients and stakeholders to communicate construction activities
- Log time spent on tasks per project and document through CompanyCam
