Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define, develop, and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with Ground Ups business goals and customer needs. Work closely with leadership to ensure the vision supports the companys long-term objectives
- Roadmap & Planning: Lead the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams, setting realistic timelines and achievable goals. Continuously refine and communicate the roadmap based on feedback and changing business needs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and industry trends to make informed product decisions.
- Sprint Management: Lead the creation, management, and execution of sprints using JIRA, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of project tasks.
- Agile Sprint Ceremonies: Facilitate and participate in all agile sprint ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Ensure these ceremonies are effectively conducted to promote collaboration and continuous improvement
- Product Documentation: Develop and maintain business flow diagrams, system documentation, and product specifications using tools like Visio, LucidChart, and Confluence.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure clear communication and efficient development processes.
- Business Intelligence Integration: Integrate business intelligence tools (PowerBI) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, iterating on features based on user feedback and business needs.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and roadblocks in product development and propose mitigation strategies.
- Market Awareness: Continuously evaluate and stay informed on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain product relevance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in Product Management, with a focus on technical product management in a SaaS or data-oriented environment.
- Proven experience in leading JIRA projects, not just entering tickets, but also managing sprints and tracking progress.
- Familiarity with and experience leading agile sprint ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
- Expertise in creating business flow diagrams and system documentation with tools such as Visio, LucidChart, and a documentation platform like Confluence, Notion, or Microsoft Loop.
- Experience in integrating business intelligence tools (such as PowerBI, Tableau, Domo, Qlik, or Looker) into software products.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across various departments, including engineering, design, and business teams.
- Experience in product lifecycle management, from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Salary : $183,900 - $212,500
