Ground / Water Treatment & Technology, LLC (GWTT) is a leading environmental contracting company. GWTT constructs water treatment plants, provides construction dewatering services, temporary water treatment systems, and operation and maintenance services for a variety of environmental treatment systems. Typical projects include groundwater remediation systems utilizing treatment technologies such as air stripping, carbon adsorption, mechanical filtration, metals precipitation and pH neutralization. GWTT provides a challenging, growth-oriented work environment, in which the right candidate will have the opportunity to develop and understand the necessary technical skills to excel in today’s competitive market.
We are currently looking for O&M Technicians for projects in the New England region.
Responsibilities
- Perform O&M monitoring and maintenance activities
- Collection of environmental samples for laboratory analysis
- Assist in field installations of treatment systems
- Assist in shop fabrication of treatment systems
- Data recording and reporting
- Compliance with company Health and Safety requirements
- Ability to obtain a MA Wastewater Treatment Operators License within six months of initial employment
- Other duties as assigned
Dependent on current project demands, travel may be required. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, 3-5 year of experience, OSHA 10-hour, OSHA 40-hour training with current 8 Hour Refresher Training is preferred, but will be provided to the right candidates.
