Regional Sales Account Manager, Mid Atlantic – JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:
In the position of Regional Sales Account Manager, Mid Atlantic, your primary responsibility will be to build GWTT’s brand by identifying, developing, retaining, and generating profitable revenue growth from GWTT’s focused End Markets and Sales Channels (reference below) located in the Mid-Atlantic region.
We view this as a Hunter / Farmer regional sales position. You will be the client advocate and the conduit within GWTT for your target accounts.
For your reference, the company’s customer base is broken down into the following end markets:
- Commercial Development
- Infrastructure
- General Industry and Chem / Pharma
- Federal
- Utilities
GWTT’s sales channels to these markets is through our:
- Local Contractors and Consultants
- ENR 200
- Direct / Owners / End Users
You will represent the entire range of the company’s portfolio of services including Remediation Contracting (RC), Equipment Rental/Sale/Manufacturing (EQ), Dewatering (DW) and Operation and Maintenance (OM).
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Meet with General Contractors, Construction Managers, Site Contractors (Excavation, Concrete & Foundations, SOE, Utilities) and Consulting Engineers at job sites or their offices to present GWTT’s capabilities.
• Build relationships with both Upper/Mid-level management and Project Management while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
• Analyze bidders lists and contact potential bidders not currently doing business with GWTT.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks.
• Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
• Prepare and submit proposals for qualified opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations and participate/conduct brown bag technical sessions.
• Manage accounts and opportunities in GWTT’s CRM - Sales Force.
• Attend industry functions including trade shows.
• Participate in job handover meetings with Operations staff.
• Visit job sites to assist in developing plans for mobilization and demobilization.
• Stay current and understand industry-specific trends, landscapes, and competitors.
• Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
• Incorporate and orchestrate the internal resources required to successfully secure new opportunities.
Sales Customer Focus:
- Each quarter, you will have a defined list of the Local Consultants and Contractors that you will be assigned to enter, qualify, and develop as your core customer base.
