- Lead the installation of artificial turf, including:
- Synthetic turf landscapes and lawns
- Custom golf greens
- Pet-friendly artificial turf applications
- Perform tasks such as excavation, ground preparation, base building, and drainage installation.
- Accurately cut, seam, and edge artificial turf to meet project specifications.
- Operate equipment such as excavators, tillers, sod cutters, and motorized plate compactors.
- Use tools such as carpet knives, chisels, and measuring devices to ensure precise installation.
- Work collaboratively with the Project Management team and other departments as needed.
- Analyze and interpret schematic diagrams and blueprints for project execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Experience:
- 3 years of experience in artificial turf installation is preferred
- Proficiency with equipment and tools used in turf installation.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
