Working a schedule of 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with rotating weekends, this dispatch position pays a highly-competitive wage of $20-$25/hour with monthly bonus incentives, depending on skills and experience. We also offer our dispatchers excellent benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) plan (in the works), 40 hours paid time off (PTO) after 1 year (80 hours after 2 years), training programs, and you get to take your birthday off.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCH SERVICE REP / CSR
While dispatching HVAC and plumbing services, your demeanor is friendly and confident. You easily converse with clients on the phone and dispatch calls to technicians. Your primary goal in is to ensure ultimate scheduling efficiency. Working hard to ensure that customer service expectations are not only met but exceeded, you maximize technicians' time and mileage.
The majority of your workday is spent in the office either on the phone or computer where you thrive in a fast-paced office environment. You inform clients of arrival times or any potential delays via phone communication. You happily adjust for any rescheduling needs as conflicts arise. You eagerly organize the days and weeks ahead to maintain consistency and balance for all involved.
As our CSR (Customer Service Rep), you are the "go-to" person at our company. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer service! You spend much of your time answering phones, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues for customers. QUALIFICATIONS
