This position requires availability Monday through Friday, with typical work hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, though start and end times may vary depending on weather and job requirements. During busy seasons, occasional Saturday shifts may be necessary to meet workload demands.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As a Landscaping Lead - Foreman, you will oversee a 2-3 person crew, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Each day, you will coordinate with your crew to execute tasks such as planting installation, lawn installation, small hardscape projects, and general landscape maintenance. Operating and maintaining equipment, including skid steers, mini excavators, mowers, and other tools, will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will communicate professionally with customers and work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional results. At the end of each day, you will ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted to your supervisor.
Here's what you need:
- Ability to manage crews and perform a variety of landscaping tasks
- Proficiency in operating skid steers, mini excavators, mowers, chainsaws, sod cutters, and other landscaping tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays during peak seasons
- Commitment to following all safety protocols on the job site
