WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SMALL ENGINE MECHANIC
Having a valid driver's license and being skilled in using a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment is a plus! We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR SMALL ENGINE MECHANIC
Join our team at Groundhog Landscaping and enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This schedule allows you to work regular hours and have weekends off to relax and recharge.
As our Small Engine Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing any issues on equipment such as hydro mowers, trimmers, backpack blowers, walk-behind blowers, chainsaws, edgers, material spreaders, snowplows, and other related equipment. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical problems with precision, implementing effective solutions to keep the equipment running smoothly. As you work, you will meticulously maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that everything is logged accurately. Your keen eye for organization will also come into play as you manage the inventory of parts and supplies, making sure that everything is well-stocked and ready for any repairs. Throughout the day, you will keep a sharp focus on safety, ensuring that all equipment complies with regulations and company standards, knowing that your efforts are crucial to keeping the team running smoothly.
