ARE YOU THE SNOW PLOW OPERATOR OUR TEAM NEEDS?
- Valid driver's license
- DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one
- General knowledge of de-icing application
- Reliable transportation
At least one year of plow experience in a commercial environment is preferred!
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
This is an on-call, seasonal position based in Derry, NH. Snow doesn't wait, and neither will you. You'll need to be available for snowstorms and winter weather events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
As a Snow Plow Operator, you'll prepare for snow events by monitoring the forecast, ready to jump into action when the snow hits. Once on the road, you'll be operating snow plows to clear parking lots and walkways for our commercial clients. Your attention will shift between plowing and spreading de-icing materials using gas and electric spreaders. Throughout the day, you'll manage your equipment, ensuring it's well-maintained and operating smoothly. You'll also be responsible for providing your own snow removal tools, including your truck, plow, shovels, and spreaders.
