We are seeking professional Spray Technicians to perform fertilization and chemical applications on high-profile commercial properties for the Huntsville market.
Chemical Spray Technician Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment
- Maintain proper chemical storage and mixing areas that comply with local and federal regulations
- Manage inventory and usage of fertilizer and pesticides
- Operating sprayers and spreaders to treat specific insect and landscape diseases and nutritional deficiencies
- Diagnose primary turf problems and basic pest identification
- Maintain proper documentation as required by The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
Chemical Spray Technician Requirements:
- A landscape professional with the ability to be highly functional in a team environment, as well as able to perform with minimum supervision and direction
- Two to three years of experience in Fertilization and Chemicals preferred but not required
- Must have a sense of ownership of responsibilities
- A clean driving record and background is required
