The ideal candidate for the landscape supervisor position is a strong leader, experienced in directing the work of 2-5 crew members. Our crews handle a variety of service lines including basic landscape maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services like irrigation, and seasonal plantings. Must have valid and clean driver’s license. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Responsibilities of the supervisor will include:
- Ability to manage Performance & Quality
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members
- Maintaining a schedule, and ensuring expectations are met
- Recognizing issues on client sites and alerting Operations Manager.
- Providing the Operations Manager with feedback on crew member
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong organizational
- Attention to detail.
- Consistently meets deadlines.
- Valid Driver's license required
Safety:
- Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies
- Ensuring equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
