What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snow Removal Crew Members - Part-Time/Seasonal - Cincinnati/Norwood, OH position at GroundsPRO, LLC?
WE ARE LOOKING FOR MOTIVATED PEOPLE to perform snow removal/sidewalk clearing during snow events in the Greater Cincinnati area. This is an ON-CALL POSITION during snow season, with the opportunity for full-time after the winter!!
GroundsPRO, LLC is a full-service commercial grounds maintenance company who strives to provide the best customer service and products in the industry. We offer our clients a great wealth of knowledge and experience to help protect and improve our clients’ assets.
YOU NEED TO:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to respond to job site within one hour
- Be able to comprehend and follow instructions
- Use assigned tools and equipment in a proper and safe manner
- Adhere to company policies, standards and safety guidelines
- Be able to communicate with supervisors regarding progress of tasks
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally bend/stand/sit/reach
- Maintain physical fitness level necessary to complete assigned tasks
- Follow all GroundsPRO policies and procedures with integrity
- Be able to withstand strenuous work in adverse weather conditions
WHAT YOU GET IN RETURN:
- Compensation: Up to $55 depending on experience
