Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Florence, KY. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, communicating proactively with clients, developing service solutions, and ensuring the delivery of unsurpassed facility services. The Account Manager will focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
- Service Solution Development and Implementation skills
- Knowledge of Turf and Landscape Maintenance, Irrigation Services, and Integrated Pest Management
- Experience in Snow and Ice Management services
- Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
