What You'll do :
- Collaborate with team to develop and maintain all aspects of feature rich applications, the infrastructure, front end, backend, data and integrations.
- Address product owner requirements and changes
- Deploy and manage AWS infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code (IAC) using AWS CloudFormation, SAM, Cloud Development Kit (CDK), Terraform, and / or Serverless framework.
- Develop applications using the following AWS services :
- S3, API Gateway, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, Event Bridge, EC2s and other
- Develop the applications using the following languages and libraries :
- JS : AWS SDK for JavaScript v3, Angular, React, Node, and other
- Python : Boto3, notebook, and other
- Java
- Develop unit testing and performance testing scripts.
- Develop search and AI capabilities using the following AWS services :
- Textract, SageMaker, Bedrock, OpenSearch, and other
- Assist in data migration & data synch efforts; development, execution, and maintenance using AWS Glue, DMS and other services.
- Create technical documentation for the applications.
- Implement various integrations with internal and external applications
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as Backlog Grooming and Sprint Demos
- Effectively communicate your ideas and code to team members and other stakeholders
- Generate clear and maintainable documentation for each updated area of the application as a reference for future development efforts
- Contribute to the culture and continuous improvement of an Agile team

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
