What You'll do :
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect Data Scientist with a diverse technical background and demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering solutions that drive winning proposals for new and re-compete business pursuits, capture activities, and proposal efforts. As part of the Growth business unit, you will lead the solutioning for high-profile, enterprise-scale opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of Groundswell's capabilities, which you will combine with cutting-edge technologies to develop comprehensive solutions that solve customer challenges.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather goals and objectives, identify gaps, and develop differentiated solutions that address mission needs.
- Support enterprise-wide growth strategies and initiatives aimed at service and delivery differentiation, increased competitiveness, and industry thought leadership.
- Research and understand technology trends in areas such as agile software development, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), data analytics, systems engineering, digital engineering, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity. Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) in these domains to design, develop, and support integrated solutions for federal clients.
- Develop technical content for proposals, requests for information (RFI), white papers, and related materials to support government solicitations and conferences.
- Conduct product and capability demonstrations for customers and industry partners as needed.
- Provide technical input and mission perspective to inform sector and corporate strategies and investments.
- Conceptualize, develop, communicate, and propose solutions that will drive organizational growth and deliver measurable top- and bottom-line results.
- Define total systems design and technology maturity constraints in accordance with mission requirements, develop system element architecture and design, and define implementation approaches and operational concepts in collaboration with SMEs.

At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
