What You'll do :
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software using .NET elements used in client's software stack
- Translate requirements from User Stories into valuable, working software
- Generate clear and maintainable documentation
- Contribute to the culture and continuous improvement of an Agile team
- Monitor monthly metrics to maintain system performance and identify trends that may require changes to the application.
- Support responses to data calls and ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
- May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
- Writes manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures as needed.
- Participates in development, testing and delivery of software products or components to maintain existing systems.
- Develops detail program specifications and programs for these components.
- Develops and tests interfaces between software products and products of other vendors.
- Creates and tests modules and components for compliance to design specifications.
- Participates in design and code reviews; addresses findings.

Looking for a .NET Developer to help deliver and maintain multiple web-based applications for our government client to request and receive information from various state entities. This information is required to be collected to meet federal regulations and mandates.

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
