What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pastry Cook (Early Morning) position at Groundswell Cafe + Bakery?
Groundswell Cafe and Bakery is currently looking to add an experienced opening baker to their team. This is an opening shift starting at 2:30 a.m. We are 100% scratch kitchen and are expanding due to high demand. They specialize in classic French and European pastries and looking for someone with an eye for beautiful baked goods. Must have 2 years experience working with pastries in hotel or bakery restaurant environment. Must have experience working with Viennoiserie, laminated doughs and yeast breads. Must be passionate, detail oriented, self-starter with a positive attitude. Starting at $20 per hour. This position requires a valid drivers license and clean driving history.
