Billing Manager

Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. We are seeking a Billing Manager who is a detail-oriented, team player with strong communication, analytical, organizational, problem solving and time management skills. This can be a remote position.

• Generate prebills each cycle and ensure billing cycle deadlines are met.
• Maintain clear and positive communication.
• QA/QC final invoices and validate all invoices have been emailed and/or uploaded into client software.
• Manage/monitor prebill status in BST E-billing.
• Manage/assign roles/responsibilities in BST E-billing.
• Provide requested billing reports to operations.
• Attend and participate in weekly finance meetings.
• Assist PM’s and Program Managers to collect accounts receivable.
• Understand all client software and upload submittals.
• Manage billing specialists who are working remotely.
• Assist in streamlining billing processes and information flows while improving efficiencies and reducing costs.
• Cross train when required (within billing and other departments).
• Maintain and update Billing Matrix with client invoicing requirements.
• Maintain and update E-Billing Reviewer Manual

• High school diploma
• Strong computer skills
• Detail oriented, organized and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience with BST Software is a plus
