The HR Administrator role is located in Wall Township, NJ
Job Description
This position will support the Human Resource operations by maintaining records and preparing documents. This assistant will provide information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records and will support a variety of Human Resource functions such as recruiting, benefits, FMLA leaves, and new hires.
Job Duties:
- Administer Health and Welfare Benefit Plan (Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, Life/AD&D/STD/LTD, FSA, HSA, Wellness Reimbursement) to all new hires.
- Must have knowledge with FMLA and the different state leave laws
- Experience with recruitment
- Assist employees with answering questions and resolving issues
- Perform online eligibility changes – new hires, terminations, dependent status changes, etc.
- Assist employees with 401k enrollment, loan processing, rollovers, and withdrawals
- Process monthly premiums for all benefit bills and ensure the premiums are correct by tracking changes
Personnel
- Coordinate new hire/termination processes
- Coordinates exit interviews and other termination processes
- Create and maintain personnel files
- Conducts onboarding process of 1-9’s, background checks and E-verify
Qualifications
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce and Microsoft Office applications
- 4 years of experience in an HR
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
