What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kalya Sales Rep-SoCal position at Groundwork Holdings Inc?
This is a full time, exempt position located in Southern California (LA County, OC County and surrounding SoCal areas).
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help Senior Sales Representative within the Southern CA Region including but not limited to: LA County, OC County and surrounding SoCal Areas.
- Focus on PADS and sales.
- Take Messages, make cold calls for Rep.
- Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursdays/Fridays - Out on the field meeting Account Buyers, Check in on physical locations, check in on Sku Sell Through at stores.
SECONDARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help and execute direction from Senior Sales Representative
- Help Senior Sales Representatives meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly/annual/quarterly sales goals.
- Willingness to train in brand and products.
- Emails, Calls, Notes - You will be keeping up to date with sales intake.
- Setup Sales invoice and email to Buyer. Keep up to date on delivery and follow through until order has gone through. Communicate if there will be any delays or missing items in the order.
- Comfortable public speaking to general employees, managers and customers.
- Contact clients via direct or cold calling.
- Speak to new stores, in progress and prospective stores to gain a relationship with the Buying Manager.
- Help Sales Representatives to provide weekly reports on Sales and Clients.
- Provide in-store training, demos, events.
- Train and stay up to date on leading Cannabis products, news and events.
- Train in sales - Setting up a new customer and sales in the system.
- Train in taking over existing sales accounts and boosting relationships and sales.
- Attend social events in the industry.
- Work directly with Sales Rep to work on plans to benefit the brand, products, sales and marketing.
- Must have knowledge of current cannabis regulations in California.
- Happy, positive, upbeat and outgoing attitude.
- Ability to self-motivate and pursue goals and tasks.
- Transporting marketing materials and supplies to and from office to storefronts/offices. Ability to be trusted to handle and manage market/promotional materials.
