Ground Works Land Design is seeking an experienced Concrete Crew Member / Finisher to become part of our growing company. Job Type : Full-time
Pay Range : $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
REQUIRED
Valid Driver's license with minimal incidents or points in the last 3 years

Duties / Responsibilities
On-Call for snow removal during winter hours
Pouring and finishing of flat work, footings and wall work
Mix and pour concrete
Setting forms and tying rebar
Address customer concerns as they arise and communication with clients upon completion of work
Proficiently operate a variety of construction equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, work site and equipment
Complete all production related digital timesheets
Positively promote company culture
Read and interpret blueprints / drawings
Qualifications / Requirements
Experience with excavation, grading and demo work
Stamped concrete experience not required, but preferred
Knowledgeable with the operation of various power tools and finishing tools
Perform other duties as assigned
1 or more years' experience in concrete industry or construction
Able to lift more than 50 lbs.
Able to crouch, bend, climb stairs / ladders for periods of time
Able to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work outdoors and in noisy areas for extended periods of time
Able to work successfully with limited supervision
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
