Jr Supply Chain Inventory Analyst

Groundworks is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Inventory Analyst to join our tribe in Virginia Beach, VA!

In this entry level role, you will support inventory and analytics functions, working closely with our Senior Analyst in developing new processes and analytical tools for our two distribution centers.

The Junior Analyst will also manage data within our ERP system, create and maintain reporting, and support the implementation of a forecasting and replenishment system.

Our salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000.

Job Responsibilities

• Support our distribution centers by providing quick resolution on system issues and guidance related to best practices and new processes

• Manage master data within the ERP system to ensure accuracy and integrity.

• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to provide insights to the management team and supply chain team.

• Assist in the implementation of a forecasting and replenishment system.

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.

• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).

• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with ERP data management is a plus).

• Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in inventory management, supply chain analytics, or related fields.

• Familiarity with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.

• Previous experience in a similar analytical or data management role.
