Groundworks is seeking candidates with accounting and/or payroll backgrounds to join our Centralized Support team in Huntsville, AL!
The primary role of the Centralized Support Specialist is to perform centralized job functions in support of established business objectives in the field, for improved productivity and enhanced processes. This role is pivotal in the company's success by tracking and processing payments of employee bonuses and incentives company-wide.

The primary role of the Centralized Support Specialist is to perform centralized job functions in support of established business objectives in the field, for improved productivity and enhanced processes. This role is pivotal in the company's success by tracking and processing payments of employee bonuses and incentives company-wide.
Job Responsibilities
- Creating and posting check, credit card, and financing payment batches in Business Central
- Processing daily payment reconciliations
- Allocating payments in Bizwiz
- Reviewing/Paying initial and final commission
- Reviewing/Paying Pay Per Job bonuses
- Completing AR, Commission, and Pay Per Job workflows in Bizwiz (internal company software)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience with entry level accounting or payroll processing.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software is preferred, but not required
- Full-time
