Groundworks Talent Acquisition Team is growing and seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our tribe!
The Talent Acquisition Specialist strategically sources, identifies, screens, and hires candidates for various roles in the company. The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as effective interpersonal skills for working closely with leaders and candidates across various departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and other professional networks
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their resumes, portfolios, and references.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build strong candidate pipelines
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Maintain and track KPI’s, statistics and analytics for recruiting initiatives
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Two to five years minimum of experience in a Talent Acquisition or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
- Experience recruiting for sales related roles highly preferred but not required
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and customer relationships

- Remote or Hybrid in Office
- Office Location: 1741 Corporate Landing Pkwy, Virginia Beach, VA
- Occasional travel (up to 20%) to Groundworks corporate office, branch locations or company events is required
