Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the internet sales department, ensuring a smooth and effective operation.
- Lead a team in handling internet leads efficiently, converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Eleads and CDK systems to maximize lead generation and management.
- Develop and implement effective internet lead handling processes to achieve high closing rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling online offers and promotions.
- Monitor and report on online sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing the Toyota brand with professionalism and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Internet Sales Manager is preferred or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Eleads and CDK systems experience, with a demonstrated track record of effectively managing online sales leads, is a plus.
- A history of high closing rates and successful internet lead handling processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for the automotive industry
