Responsibilities...
- Greet customers.
- Communicate with customers and translate technician findings to customers.
- Answer phone calls and e-mails.
- Provide excellent customer service.
You need…
- Customer Service Experience at least 1 year in Customer Service.
- To be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time.
- Capable of greeting customers with smiles.
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Good phone and e-mail skills.
