Responsibilities
- Review closed repair orders for accurate part, labor, sublet and materials charges.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable and sublet schedules.
- Prepare daily bank deposit and cash report.
- Maintain an effective cash management system.
- Create Purchase Orders for sublet invoices.
- Scan invoices/purchase orders to corporate accounting office.
- Create Power Post for journal entry corrections.
- Contact Insurance companies or customer for any unpaid balances.
- Order Office supplies as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a Dealership or Collision Center is a plus!
- Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Great attitude with high-energy personality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
