Responsibilities
- Employee may be required to operate company or customer vehicles at any time and must adhere to the company driving policy(s). Employees are expected to refrain from using their handheld devices while driving; this includes cell phones and texting while driving in connection with their job duties. Safety must come before all other concerns.
- Wet Sanding every panel we refinish to a smooth ready to buff condition.
- Proficiently buff sanded panels to a smooth consistent "factory like" shine and orange peel.
- Remove any swirl marks or other effects caused by our process.
- Polishing, then cleaning of every vehicle or panel repaired.
- High self-expectation of quality control. Making every job as perfect as it can be, in a timely manner.
- Final review with sales staff to ensure repair is completed to client's expectations.
- Cleaning of work areas within the shop as scheduled, or requested.
- Light prep work including taping and sanding as needed in addition to our main prep technicians.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and following instructions on repair/estimate orders.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
