Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean facility as required.
- Maintain and restock supplies as needed.
- Discard trash and recycling.
- Grounds keeping will include entire perimeter of the property, as well as general maintenance interior and exterior throughout the property
- Some small repairs and general knowledge of building maintenance required.
- Other duties may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Working knowledge of building maintenance issues, including but not limited to, painting, electrical, small appliance repair, air filter replacement, and spills cleanup.
