Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean facility as required.
• Maintain and restock supplies as needed.
• Discard trash and recycling.
• Grounds keeping will include entire perimeter of the property, as well as general maintenance interior and exterior throughout the property
• Some small repairs and general knowledge of building maintenance required.
• Other duties may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Working knowledge of building maintenance issues, including but not limited to, painting, electrical, small appliance repair, air filter replacement, and spills cleanup.
