Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer calls for the Service Department, efficiently directing calls or taking messages when necessary
- Process payments from customers, including cash, checks, or authorized charge accounts
- Provide customers with accurate change and receipts
- Record charge purchases in compliance with office manager policies
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism while managing administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
