Job Title: DIESEL SPRINTER TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC

Requirements:
- Experience: Previous Sprinter Van Technician experience required.
- Certifications: National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certifications in brakes, electrical/electronic systems, or engine performance preferred.
- Licenses: Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
- Skills: Strong focus on achieving great customer service, high attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealerships and factory standards.
Responsibilities:
- System Diagnostics: Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
- Road Testing: Road-test vehicles to ensure quality work.
- Shop Maintenance: Maintain an organized shop area.
- Communication: Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work.
- Continuous Learning: Continuously learn new technical information and techniques.
