We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and translating into technical specifications for development teams.
Responsibilities:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $140,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and translating into technical specifications for development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business needs, then translate into technical specifications and/or functional requirements
- Identify and help define services in business asks, translating into repeatable technical patterns for development teams
- Map existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities
- Assist with project planning, scoping and timelines
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams
- Ensure implemented systems effectively meet business objectives by participating in user acceptance testing and training activities
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Agile Product Owner
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience interfacing with various operating models, setting expectations on their terms
- Strong proficiency writing and organizing work with initiatives, epics, user stories, and defects
- Understanding of composing requirement with gherkin to facilitate BDD a plus
- Experience functioning in an Agile engineering environment, specifically the “Spotify” model
- Proficient in gathering requirements and documenting processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of teams
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
- Experience with a modern configuration management tool, preferably Ansible
