Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr./Lead UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our digital platforms, including our e-commerce website and mobile applications. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital products by driving user experience and contributing to product growth. In this role, you will manage and mentor team members based in India, while also serving as an individual contributor responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UI/UX design projects from concept to completion, creating user personas, journey maps, storyboards, and wireframes.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops to address critical business challenges, employing rapid prototyping and user testing techniques.
  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to generate actionable insights that fuel creative solutions.
  • Lead user research efforts, including interviews, prototype testing, and surveys to gather qualitative data.
  • Design intuitive navigation systems, sitemaps, information architecture, and prototypes to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to identify user interface (UI) solutions that align with business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze user data and trends to identify pain points in the customer journey and provide innovative design solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to stay aligned with strategic objectives, timelines, and data-driven insights.
  • Continuously iterate and improve the user experience based on user feedback and data analysis.


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong expertise in typography, color theory, production design, and interaction design principles.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce customer journeys and user pain points.
  • Proven experience in conducting user interviews, prototype testing, and usability studies to derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to create design assets, personas, and scenarios for user testing and product development.
  • Detail-oriented with creative problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


Experience:

  • 10-15 years of experience in a fast-paced UI/UX design role, preferably within e-commerce, advertising, public relations, or an in-house agency.
  • Hands-on experience using user feedback to enhance the digital experience.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, and InDesign.
