North American Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor in the United States. We are searching for a Business Development Representative located within the Tampa Florida area.
This is a hybrid position, in-office Monday / Wednesday / Friday, and remote Tuesday / Thursday.
Purpose of the job :
Build density in top-end sales funnel Leads for further pipeline development and qualification to provide the territory sales team with Sales Qualified prospects.
Job Duties :
- Conduct daily prospecting, lead qualification, and sales territory management support activities
- Leverage NAR Sales tech stack resources to research, orchestrate, and engage sales prospects (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Accurately record sales related customer and prospect notes in HubSpot
- Establish and implement sales outreach cadence using a proper mix of phone, email, and social media
- Set discovery meetings with Sales Qualified Leads and the territory Regional Sales Manager
- Provide customer management support as needed within assigned territory
