Direct Support Professional
Shift for this position, PRN (which means fill in) Days and times 3pm-11pm, part time Bonita Springs
Must have at least 6 months IDD and/or caregiving experience, Must have experience with the autism spectrum; ability to become PCM & PCM 2 (Professional Crisis Management)
Must Haves:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Vehicle Insurance or listed as a driver on someone else's policy
- Must be able to pass a level 2 background check

Responsibilities:
- Teaching skills to promote independence
- Supporting community inclusion and integration
- Assisting with daily living needs
- Mentoring individuals to help build social skills and relationships
- Provide guidance and support in daily activities
- 18 years of age or older
- Must have one year IDD, Care taking or Behavioral health experience in a professional setting
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid FL driver's license
- Proof of car insurance
- You might be driving to client's home or with client, so a reliable form of transportation
