Our client, a prominent corporate law firm, is currently searching for a Legal Coordinator/Paralegal to add to their organization. This team is very well established, has high expectations, and is searching for someone who will interact seamlessly with clients.
This position will have great variety and be responsible for paralegal, administration and client facing projects to include –
Ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in a corporate law firm, exceptional communication skills, a very professional demeanor, and thrive in a role with a lot of moving parts.
Bachelor's degree is required and a Paralegal certificate a plus.
Salary dependent on experience with excellent benefits package!

- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, and act as liaison between clients and attorneys.
- Gather client information, assist in document production.
- Manage documents and organize client files.
- Prepare records, filings and other pertinent documents.
- Contact outside sources to obtain information and review and analyze findings.
- Interact with county courts.
