Exceptional, small office environment is looking for an experienced Part Time Administrative / Bookkeeping Professional to join their well-established team. This is a newly created position and will work in an amazing environment with fantastic people!
Position is 20 hours per week, and flexibility with daily work hours.
Salary $29 - $31/hr. including paid time off and retirement!
This position is a combination of administrative and bookkeeping functions, and will have a wide variety of responsibilities including-
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Draft communications, such as memos, meeting minutes, reports, and other correspondence
- Assist with planning and executing annual conventions and monthly executive meetings
- Process weekly payroll for small group of employees
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax filings
- Perform monthly reconciliation for multiple accounts
- Gather annual audit information for outside accounting firm
- Reconcile credit cards and process expense reports
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Recordkeeping of events

Experience with a multi-line phone system, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel), QuickBooks, the ability to multi-task, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be detail oriented.
