Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through accurate and timely payroll processing
- Assist clients with payroll-related data, including salary adjustments and new hires
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Stay up-to-date on changes in wage tax and garnishment laws, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with management to resolve complex payroll issues and implement process improvements
