Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead retail team.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is always maintained.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Train staff on effective customer engagement, sales techniques, cannabis product knowledge, and compliance.
- Maintain and oversee compliance in all transactions.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and key metrics.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring a well-stocked and organized dispensary.
- Cultivate a team-oriented, organized, and detail-focused work environment.
- Implement health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify buying trends and preferences.
- Assist in development and implementation of all company standard operating procedures.
- Ensure staff is trained on the effective use of technology in customer transactions.
- Handle time-off requests and manage staffing levels based on business demand.
- Stay informed about the latest research and guidelines related to cannabis consumption and products.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a dispensary setting.
- At least 21 years old with a clean record verified through a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Level 2 Background Screening.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or sales role within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work full-time, with flexibility for night and weekend shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse personalities.
- Proven ability in resolving issues and maintaining professionalism in challenging situations.
- Basic math skills and cash-handling experience.
