Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
Our ideal candidate:
- Must have previous experience in a project management position
- Valid Driver’s license with ability to be on our insurance required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication skills
- Customer-service skills to communicate with inspectors and administration to develop a positive working relationship
- Decision-making skills for selecting personnel and subcontractors for specific tasks and jobs to meet deadlines and budgets
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage 1-3 people on job sites
- Manage the workflow of the job sites
- Finish carpentry work, tile, trim, and cabinet installation in mostly residential and some small commercial settings
- Meet shift production goals safely and while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Assign and manage employee work schedules on job sites
- Job sites roll out and clean up
- Ensure that there is no one working under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or other means of impairment
- Ensure operators in production facility are compliant with all procedures and requirements
