What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Developer position at Group Management Services?
Group Management Services (GMS) is looking for an ambitious self starter within the expanding IT division to be our newest Salesforce Developer .

What the Salesforce Developer oversees :
- Responsible for all aspects of the Salesforce platform development to continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform
- Identify and translate functional requirements into technical requirements
- Collaborate with Stakeholders and Salesforce Administrators to design, build, test and implement end to end solutions
- Salesforce configuration development, including but not limited to flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile admin, dashboards and reports
- Maintain detailed code documentation and assist in establishing department-specific training, testing and evaluation processes
- Apex and Lightening Web Component creation
- Remain current with & adhere to Salesforce technologies and best practices
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
