IT Support
Location : NYC, NY onsite 5 day a week
Duration 12-24mth
Must have:
- Azure Entra ID, MFA support, User account management, Account creation * hands on experience as an Admin for this tech*
- Office 365 admin Exchange group support, Teams groups support, Licensing
- iPhone MDM management preferably Intune

- Intune Autopolilot enrolling devices to intune and loading profiles etc
- Admin -
- iPhone MDM management preferably Intune
- Understanding Core Networking TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Knowledge of Operating systems and networking Platforms
- Understanding basic to intermediate Security best practices
Must haves:
- Need 5-8 years experience with Microsoft tech stack
- Experience has a team lead (this role will have 2 direct reports)
- Financial services background
- Experience with L1/L2/L3 troubleshooting
- Entra ID, SharePoint
- Networking knowledge is a must
