Description
G1 Facility Services is a leading facility maintenance and construction provider, proudly serving customers nationally. We provide facility and preventative maintenance services to aviation, government, and commercial facilities throughout the United States and the Caribbean. With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to add a Handyperson to our dynamic team.
Shift: 1:30pm – 10:00pm Monday - Friday
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on experience), medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k
Responsibilities
- Repair various deficiencies on ground support equipment
- Assemble tow bars, luggage carries, containers, and other equipment as needed
- Paint, stock supplies, maintain a clean and safe workplace- free from debris and hazardous materials
- Ensure safe and secure operations, in accordance with the highest possible standards of health, safety, security, and all government statutory requirements
Requirements
- Must be able to operate various power and hand tools safely
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, unassisted
- Comfortable with bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling various items
- Must have a valid US driver's License with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decision is subjected to our automobile insurance carrier's criteria
